ALL the images, to date, on ImageKingdom.com were created by myself, Natalie Schmidt. They are completely unique and not in any way representative or copied from any other source. Other artists may become involved as the site develops.

The images sold on ImageKingdom.com may NOT be re-distributed, sold, claimed as your own, included as part of another clip art collection, or used in any other way without permission being granted from ImageKingdom.com. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the images or graphics contained on ImageKingdom.com.

Please note that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by ImageKingdom.com in its sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, ImageKingdom.com reserves the right to refuse application or readmission of membership.

Editing, Deleting and Modification.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement, without further notice to users of the Site.

Nontransferable

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any right given to you to obtain images is not transferable and may only be used by you.

Payments

All payments are to be conducted directly through Paypal for the amount specified prior to download. Credit card information will not be required by us directly.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we at ImageKingdom.com have a strict NO RETURN policy for any image. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions express in such Web sites, and such Web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us.
